Silver Bay is committed to innovative concepts for viewing our homes. Several of our homes have Rently boxes which they can go see the home on their own. To ensure a seamless showing with your client please visit your specific market’s MLS website for viewing instructions or call us at (844) 244-3431.

How to show our homes: There is no need to make an appointment with us. We have a go and show policy meaning: you are free to schedule your showings with your client whenever you see fit. We kindly ask to please turn the lights off, leave the thermostat as is, and secure the home after the showing. The lockbox codes are listed on the MLS listings. Please note, if the home has a Rently lock box the showing hours are restricted depending on the market.

W9 | Referral Agreement | Vendor Form | Rental Qualifications

Application Process:

  • All applications are completed online. Click Find A Home to view all of our available properties.
  • All occupants over the age of 18 are required to complete an application.
  • There is a non-refundable $45.00 application fee for each adult to be paid during the application process.
  • Our Rental Qualifications are attached to all MLS listings, as well as above in the documents box. All of our agent documents (W9, referral form, and vendor forms) will need to be completed, signed, and emailed to the local office at the email address in the listing.
  • Applicants will need to supply a copy of their most recent pay stubs for the last 30 days or other verifiable proof of income, photo ID, and a landlord verification form. An application will be processed for a Final Approval within 3-5 business days once all of the documents are submitted.
  • A property will only be taken off the market when a non-refundable $500 holding deposit in the form of certified funds has been submitted. This will need to be submitted at the local office once, the application is approved. The deposit will go towards the security deposit once your client has moved into the property.
  • During the application process, a hard credit check and criminal background report will be run and rental history will be verified. Requirements for these are in our Rental Qualifications.
