Simply follow these steps to get started:
1. Login to your Resident Portal and select “Opt In”
2. Follow confirmation text message you will receive to your phone
3. From portal screen select “Payments” then “Payment Accounts” and add a bank account
4. From this same screen create a PIN, select the bank account you would like to use, and click save
5. Once completed text BALANCE to the number indicated on this same screen and follow the instructions

WIPS payment centers generally only accept cash and does require a minimal service fee each time, generally $3.
You can pay rent in cash anytime a WIPS location is open. This allows you to pay rent at locations and hours that are convenient for you.
